Interact MTC is dedicated to helping individuals, business owners and organizations reach their full potential through mentoring, training and coaching. The training programmes were first developed in 1994 and delivered to managers, staff and business owners. Clients included Sony UK, South Glamorgan and RCT County Councils, Welsh Water and a variety of smaller companies and individuals

During the past five years I have been working with over 200 small and medium sized companies, advising and coaching owners through the business start process or helping develop existing companies. Clients are from all sectors, manufacturing, retail, construction, service industries, the professional and public sectors and the arts. Mentoring and coaching provide many benefits to both companies and individuals including improvements in profitability, customer and staff relationships, better management and employee engagement and for

individuals, increased confidence and self awareness, resolution of issues, business and personal growth and career advancement, better financial management and overall life advancement.
