• £40 per session (45 to 60 minutes)
• £200 for 6 sessions booked in advance

Email Coaching

• Monday to Friday 1 email per day
• £50 per 4 week month

Distance Learning

• Download of programmes without coaching
• This service is currently free

Business Coaching

• Fees based on hourly rate of £70
• Daily rate £450
• £2500 for 6 days booked in advance

Note: in many cases duration of engagement will be 6 to12 months and fees will be
agreed in advance for long term contracts

Training Courses

• Daily rate of £450 for up to 15 delegates

Note: delegate course notes provided. Room, equipment hire & refreshments are extra.

Motivational Speaking

Fees to be agreed depending on need

Expenses

• Travelling costs will be charged @ 40p per mile
• All hotel and meal costs will be charged to the client
