Motivating Staff

Purpose

Staff are our most valuable asset but to ensure success it is not about getting people on board but getting the right people on board. Attracting, motivating, rewarding, training and keeping the right people can be the difference between failure and success or building a mediocre company and being a world beater. We will look at all aspects of deciding who we need, how we select and recruit, what rewards and training we should offer and how we instil in our staff the right attitudes towards their future and the future of the company.

Time

Full day starting @ 9:30 am and finishing at 4:30 pm with a 45 minute lunch break.
