Experience: From 1964 to 1977 I worked with Procter & Gamble in sales and training, with Zimclean, also in sales and training and Revell UK , as their National Sales Manager for the UK .

In 1977, I had a change of career and entered the financial planning sector joining Allied Dunbar, now part of the Zurich Banking Group, as a financial adviser and moving to management and training in 1980. In 1983, I started my own company in financial services; Corporate Services Ltd.

In 1994, I left the financial service industry to start my own training and management consultancy company, Interact UK Ltd; writing, selling and running Management & Sales Training programmes. Clients included Sony UK. Robert Bosch, Cardiff County Council, RCT CC, Welsh Water and a variety of other companies and local government authorities.

In 2001, I joined Carmarthenshire Enterprises and then Foothold Enterprise Agency as a Business Adviser and Project Manager. Currently I act as Business Adviser and Trainer with Foothold. Recent qualifications include OCR Level 4 NVQ Business Advice Dip RSA & UK Steel Enterprise Investment Appraisal.
