Purpose

Good salespeople are not born good salespeople; the necessary skills to become excellent are easily learnt. Selling is about listening to client's needs and fulfilling those needs, but there is a process that should be followed in every sales situation and no part of the process should ever be left out. This programme takes each delegate through the process with examples and a clear plan of what is required.

Benefits

Once the process is understood and followed, sales will increase, more customers and referred leads gained, more repeat sales and higher margins on sales achieved. This will all lead to growth and more profit. This programme follows on naturally from the “How to be a Winner” and or the “Market Research & Marketing” programmes.

Time

Full day starting @ 9:30 am and finishing at 4:30 pm with a 45 minute lunch break.
