How to be a winner

Purpose

There are a number of keys to becoming a winner and reaching heights never reached before. They include knowing your strengths, having clear set goals, managing time, finances, people and other resources. Attitude, determination, having the right team, innovation and providing outstanding service are all key elements. Passion and wanting to be the best are vital. These and other keys will be examined, discussed and at the end of the programme all delegates will have a clear understanding of how to move from being good to becoming excellent

All companies and organisations as well as individuals have the capacity to grow, improve and perform at higher levels. This programme challenges individuals and groups to examine where they are now, where they want be and when and the best route to get them there. Real growth normally comes from making small adjustments and improvements in a number of areas rather than a major change in one or two areas.

Time

Full day starting @ 9:30 am and finishing at 4:30 pm with a 45 minute lunch break.
